Judges can score vehicles digitally, and winners are automatically calculated and displayed in real time, making award ceremonies faster and stress-free.

Judges use their phones or tablets to scan a vehicle's QR code or enter the vehicle's unique code. This takes them to the vehicle's information page where they can submit their scores, select placements, or select awards, depending on how the event is being judged. All selections are instantly synced to your event results page.

While you can go 100% paperless, some organizers prefer to print QR codes for registered vehicles. Best In Show allows you to print QR codes so vehicles can be scanned by judges and spectators. The QR codes link to unique vehicle pages with details, photos, and allows judges to score or select them.

Once all judges have submitted their scores or selections, Best In Show automatically displays the winners on the admin results page. Soon you will be able to notify winners immediately via text or email if you have their contact info in their vehicle registration record.

Yes! Best In Show allows event organizers to register vehicles at any time — before or during the event. You can add new vehicles and instantly generate a QR code for them or write down their vehicles unique code. This is especially useful for day-of registrations when vehicles arrive at the event.

Yes! Each registered vehicle has a dedicated page that spectators can view by scanning the QR code displayed on the vehicle. This page can include details about the car, a photo, and any information the owner wants to share. It's a great way for spectators to interact with the event. Spectators can vote. However, they WILL ONLY be able to judge vehicles for awards that are marked as "Public" (i.e., People's Choice, etc). Only judges that are logged in to the platform will be able to judge the vehicles for awards that are marked as "Judges".

Best In Show works on any device with a web browser, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Judges can scan QR codes and submit scores on their phones, while organizers can manage events from a laptop or tablet. No special hardware or app downloads are required.

Yes, security is a top priority for Best In Show. All event data is encrypted and stored securely. Access is restricted to event organizers, judges, and spectators who scan QR codes to see the vehicle details pages. You control who has access to event details and vehicle pages.

If a judge submits a score in error, the judge or event admin can correct it via the event results page. You have full control over your event's scoring, and changes are instantly reflected in the winner calculations.

Almost! If you have the winner's contact information (email or phone), you can send a notification directly to the winners to let them know they have received an award, score, or placement. Coming soon, Best In Show will be able to automatically notify winners directly once you have marked the event as "Judging Finalized". This feature ensures winners are notified quickly and can collect their awards promptly.
