Best In Show streamlines the entire car show process from start to finish. You can register vehicles, invite judges, and track scores using QR codes or unique vehicle codes. Judges can score vehicles digitally, and winners are automatically calculated and displayed in real time, making award ceremonies faster and stress-free.
Judges use their phones or tablets to scan a vehicle's QR code or enter the vehicle's unique code. This takes them to the vehicle's information page where they can submit their scores, select placements, or select awards, depending on how the event is being judged. All selections are instantly synced to your event results page.
While you can go 100% paperless, some organizers prefer to print QR codes for registered vehicles. Best In Show allows you to print QR codes so vehicles can be scanned by judges and spectators. The QR codes link to unique vehicle pages with details, photos, and allows judges to score or select them.
Once all judges have submitted their scores or selections, Best In Show automatically displays the winners on the admin results page. Soon you will be able to notify winners immediately via text or email if you have their contact info in their vehicle registration record.
Yes! Best In Show allows event organizers to register vehicles at any time — before or during the event. You can add new vehicles and instantly generate a QR code for them or write down their vehicles unique code. This is especially useful for day-of registrations when vehicles arrive at the event.
